About Archive Triage & methodology

How Archive Triage works, which inputs it supports, what its results mean and where its limits apply.

Archive Triage

Recover intact stored or deflated files from a damaged ZIP, verify CRC-32, rebuild a new archive and download a clear file-by-file evidence report.

How we build a check

This workbench processes supported inputs locally. We test calculations, file structure and generated artifacts using independent readers or known fixtures where available. The example runs the same processing path as a supplied input; it does not stand in for checking your own result.
